You must be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any items!
We cannot guarantee exchanges or refunds on any items returned without an RA#.
1. Fill out a return request form as soon as possible to ensure timely processing of returns.
- It is at our sole discretion whether to accept returns or offer exchanges after 30 days.
- Items returned 30 days after being shipped will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee
- Items returned 60 days after being shipped will be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee
2. You will recieve an email with your RA# within 72 hours
3. Fill out the black return card that you recieved with your order and include it with your return
- If you no longer have this card, make a copy of your receipt and write your RA# on it.
4. Write your RA# on your return card as well as the outside of the package that you are returning it in. You have 10 days to ship your item back once receiving your RA#.
- Packages without RA#'s on the outside will take an additional 24 hours to process.
- If you are returning boots or shoes, DO NOT write on the outside of the boot/shoe box! Boots & shoes must be shipped back in the original box, but the boot/shoe box must be put inside another box, or wrapped in paper so that there are no labels or marking on the actual boot/shoe box. If there are any labels or writing on the boot/shoe box being returned, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- If your item is not returned within 10 days of receiving your RA# we cannot guarantee you will be able to exchange for the item you were wanting.

5. When your return is received you will be notified via email.
- Your return will be processed within 24 hours of arriving at our facility (weekdays only).
- At this point we will either ship your exchange, issue store credit, or refund the card or PayPal account that was used on the original order. If you are requesting an exchange, the email will include your new tracking number. If you requested store credit it will automatically be available to you, on your account, the next time you place an order. If you requested a refund, then it may take up to 72 hours from the time we issue the refund (at the time you are emailed) to the time at which the funds are back on your card.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition"
- Tags must be included with the items.
- Items must show no signs of wear or damage.
- Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded or exchanged.

Customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
On items being exchanged that cost less than $50 there will be an additional charge to ship out your exchange.
International customers will be responsible for all of the shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
If you feel that we have mis-shipped your order or that an item you received was "flawed" please indicate so on your return request form. In these cases we will do our best to make the situation right with you.
When requesting an exchange:
- If an item that you want to exchange for is out of stock on our website then you cannot exchange for it
- You will not be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for exchanges until you find an item that is in stock to exchange for
