RETURNS POLICY

 

Items must be returned within 30 days.

  •  Contact us concerning any returns after the 30 day period. It is at our sole discretion whether to accept returns or offer exchanges after 30 days.
  • Items returned more that 30 days after being shipped will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee
  • Items returned 60 days after being shipped will be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee

All items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition”

  • Tags must be included with the items. Items without tags will have a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • Items must show no signs of wear or damage.
  • Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • If you are returning boots or shoes, DO NOT write on the outside of the boot/shoe box! Boots & shoes must be shipped back in the original box, but the boot/shoe box must be put inside another box, or wrapped in paper so that there are no labels or marking on the actual boot/shoe box. If there are any labels or writing on the boot/shoe box being returned, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. If you choose to exchange your item, we will pay the shipping back to you on the exchange.

  • On items being exchanged that cost less than $50 there will be a additional $5 charge to ship out your exchange.

International customers will be responsible for ALL of the shipping costs on returns and exchanges.


If you feel that we have mis-shipped your order or that an item you received was "flawed" please contact us before sending the items back. In these cases we will do our best to make the situation right with you.


When requesting an exchange:
If an item that you want to exchange for is out of stock on our website then you cannot exchange for it. We
cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will still be available once we get your return back
Refunds will not include original shipping costs.

How to return an item:

1. Fill out the back of your receipt and include the receipt with the items that you are sending back.

3. When your return is received you will be notified via email. 

  • Your return will be processed within 24 hours of arriving at our facility (weekdays only). 
  • At this point we will either ship your exchange, issue store credit, or refund the card or PayPal account that was used on the original order. If you are requesting an exchange, the email will include your new tracking number. If you requested store credit it will automatically be available to you, on your account, the next time you place an order. If you requested a refund, then it may take up to 72 hours from the time we issue the refund (at the time you are emailed) to the time at which the funds are back on your card.
