Do you have a catalog?
We do not print a catalog. Our inventory is constantly changing as we get new items in every month. We do keep our website up to date on everything that we have in stock.
How do I get my item shipped over-night?
We do not offer expedited shipping. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
Can I send my item back if it doesn’t fit?
You are more than welcome to send back your items as long as the tags are still on them and they show no signs of being worn or washed. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.
Why is this coupon code not working?
If you have found a coupon code from another website (not BunkhouseWestern.Com or related Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter or Instagram accounts) then the coupon code you were given is invalid. We are currently working with our legal team to get these coupon codes taken off of these other websites.
If you did get a coupon code from BunkhouseWestern.Com (or related social media accounts) and the code isn’t working, make sure that you have not used it in the past. Also check any details about the coupon (such as exclusions) and make sure the items in your cart qualify as part of the coupon promotion. If you still cannot get it to work, please contact us and we would be glad to help.
Do you have any promotions right now?
We always offer FREE United States shipping on orders over $100. Once you have purchased from us, and set up an account, you will go into our rewards program where you will earn special discounts and free promotional products as our way of thanking you for your business.
Do you price match?
We do not offer any sort of price matching. All of our products are listed at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price until such time as we place them on sale.
I don’t see my size listed, will you be getting more?
The majority of our women’s clothing are limited edition items and once they are sold out we cannot get any more. This is especially true of clearance items. You are more than welcome to contact us and we can check to see if it is possible to get more of that item.
If you are looking for a Hooey item that you no longer see listed, please contact us and we would be glad to let you know if we are going to get any more.
How do I know what size I need?
Sizing varies on different items throughout our website. Please refer to our sizing guide for more details. Be sure to read descriptions on each item.
When will my item be here?
Once you place your order, we try to process and ship in the most timely manner possible with a maximum of a 3-day wait (excluding holidays). You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your item does ship and you can track the shipment at usps.com or ups.com.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
The most common reason is that you may have entered your email wrong. If this is the case, please contact us and we would be glad to get it fixed for you.
If you know that your email was entered correctly and you still did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder. If you did not receive the email to your junk mail folder then please contact us as your order may not have gone through.
Do you accept Visa gift cards?
We sure do, as long as the amount on the card covers the full amount of your order. We are not able to split payments between two cards. Make sure when you are entering the card details that you put “Gift Card” in the line that says Cardholder’s Name.
How do I know if the item I’m ordering is in stock?
All items listed for sale on our website are in stock in our warehouse. This excludes extremely rare occasions where and item is sold out and has not yet come out of our inventory.
